What we collect and why
We collect details you provide directly (name, email, phone number, company, enquiry content) to respond to your enquiries, deliver our services, and, where you've agreed, send you information about Construct Digital. We don't sell your data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
Overseas transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. website analytics, CRM, advertising tools) are based overseas. Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to the PDPA.
