Social Media Management

Keeping your channels fed, on-brand, and worth the scroll is relentless. We make it our job.

We run social as a system, not a scramble. Strategy and a brand playbook come first, then on-brand content is produced, published, and reported on every month. People own the strategy, the voice, and the creative; AI and modern tooling help us hold that consistent and move at the pace social demands.

The Problem

Most brands post. Few stay consistent.

The channels never stop asking for content. Three patterns turn social from a brand asset into a monthly scramble.

01

The content treadmill never stops.

Every platform wants more, and keeping up falls on a team that already has a full job. So social gets done in bursts: a flurry of posts, then quiet weeks, then a scramble before a campaign. The presence looks busy one month and absent the next, and your audience feels the gap even if they never name it.

02

Every post drifts a little further off-brand.

A freelancer here, an intern there, a quick template somewhere else, and the voice and the look start to wander. Nothing is wrong exactly, but nothing is quite you either. When there's no system holding the brand together, consistency comes down to whoever happened to make the post that day.

03

Plenty of activity, little to show for it.

Posts go out because the calendar says so, not because they connect to an audience or a goal. There are no content pillars, no real plan, and the monthly report is a screenshot of likes that says nothing your leadership cares about. The effort is high, and the evidence that it's working is missing.

The Method

How we run your social

Social isn't a stack of posts. It's a system you set up once and run every month. A one-time foundation, then an ongoing monthly cycle.

01
Setup

Understand and audit.

We decode your brief, audit your current channels, and benchmark your competitors, so we start from evidence rather than assumption. Out of it comes a clear scope, the goals we're working towards, and the measures we'll hold the work to. Everyone signs off before anything is built.

02
Setup

Strategy and playbook.

We define your audiences, content pillars, and channel mix, then build a social playbook: your brand voice, visual system, and templates, plus an AI copybot trained on your brand. This is the foundation everything else runs on, and it's what keeps months of content consistent.

03
Monthly

Produce and publish.

Each month we plan the calendar against your pillars and priorities, then produce on-brand static, animated, and short-form video content in Canva. You review and approve, and we schedule and publish across your channels at the times your audience is actually there.

04
Monthly

Manage, engage, and report.

We keep the accounts running, engage your community where it's in scope, and report on performance tied to the objectives we set at the start, with clear recommendations for what to start, stop, and continue. Each report shapes the next cycle, so the presence keeps getting sharper.

Why Us

Why Construct Digital

Social is easy to start and hard to sustain. The difference is whether it's run as a scramble or as a system. Here's what you get running it with us.

Strategy before posts.

Before anything publishes, we set the audiences, content pillars, and channel plan, and build a brand playbook to hold them. Every post has a job and a place in the bigger story, so the feed reads as a brand with something to say, not a calendar being filled.

A brand-voice agent keeping every post on-brand.

We build a brand-voice agent, trained on your guidelines and content pillars, that checks every post for brand consistency before it goes out. It's a safeguard, not a shortcut: your team writes and approves the work, and the agent makes sure the tone stays unmistakably yours, whoever's producing it that month.

A fuller presence, without the quality trade-off.

Our team directs the creative, and modern production tooling, AI included, does the heavy lifting on static, animated, and short-form video off your approved templates. The effect is more on-brand content, produced faster, so a steady and varied presence stops being something anyone has to fight for every week.

The creative stays human.

The ideas, the angles, and the writing that carries your brand are the work of people who do this for a living. AI takes the repetitive weight off their plate, the variants, the resizing, the first cuts, so their time goes into craft and judgement rather than production line-work. The pace is real, but the creative is always yours and always human.

Community management that protects the brand.

Where it's in scope, we monitor comments, messages, and mentions daily, track sentiment, and follow a clear escalation protocol so anything sensitive reaches you before it's answered. Your audience gets a timely, on-brand response, and you keep control of the moments that matter.

Reporting your leadership will actually read.

We report against the objectives set at the start, benchmarked to competitors, with a clear read on what to start, stop, and continue. Not a screenshot of likes, but a view of what the channels are doing for the brand, and what we'll do differently next.

Got Questions

Social Media Management FAQs

01 What platforms do you manage? remove

We focus on the owned channels that matter most for B2B and institutional audiences: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. We recommend the right mix for your audience rather than spreading you thin across every platform, and we scope the channels with you at the start.

02 How is this different from influencer marketing or paid social? add

This is the ongoing management of your own channels: strategy, content, publishing, and community. Creator and KOL activations are handled by our Influencer Management team, and paid amplification and ads sit with Performance Marketing. We keep the three distinct, and connect them when a campaign needs all of them working together.

03 How do you keep everything consistent and on-brand? add

It starts with a social playbook — your brand voice, visual system, and content templates — and a dedicated team that works to it every month, so your presence stays recognisably you rather than shifting with whoever's on shift. We use tools, AI among them, to help hold that consistency at pace, but the voice, the editorial calls, and the final sign-off stay with people who know your brand.

04 How does AI fit into the work? add

AI works behind the scenes to speed up the groundwork — research, first drafts, production, and reporting — always from your approved playbook. What it doesn't do is run your brand on its own. Your strategy, your voice, and anything that speaks to your audience in public are shaped and signed off by our team. When someone reads your post or gets a reply, there's a person behind it.

05 Can you handle community management? add

Yes, as part of a fuller engagement. We monitor comments, messages, and mentions across your platforms, track sentiment, and reply in your brand voice within agreed response times. Anything sensitive follows a clear escalation protocol so it reaches you before it's answered.

06 How do you measure success? add

We report against the objectives set at the start, covering performance across your channels and benchmarks versus competitors, with clear recommendations on what to start, stop, and continue. A dashboard is set up at onboarding, and each report shapes the next content period.
